🎁 Gift 1 — Welcome Gift

• Offer: New members receive 500 instant loyalty points (equivalent to A$5) on completing registration and opting into the marketing list.

• Redemption: Points apply as an instant cash discount with no minimum spend, valid online and in-store on an ongoing basis.

• One per person: Limited to one welcome reward per person — one per unique mobile number and email address. Duplicate, false or abusive registrations will be voided at our discretion.

🥟 Gift 2 — Opening Fortnight Treat

• Offer: During the opening fortnight, any member purchasing a qualifying set meal or a large portion of dumplings receives a complimentary treat — your choice of two spring rolls OR one can of Coke / Coke Zero.

• Limit: One promotional gift per served_, per day, while stocks last.

🎟️ Gift 3 — Monthly Stamp Rewards

• Offer: Members collect a physical stamp card at the counter. Every paid purchase of a qualifying lunch (set meal or large dumpling portion) earns one stamp.
  • Targets:
  – July (inaugural month): 6 stamps within the month unlocks one free lunch, redeemable the following month.
  – August & September: 8 stamps within the calendar month unlocks one free lunch, redeemable the following month.
  • Validity: Each free lunch must be redeemed within the following calendar month; if unused by the end of that month, it lapses. Counts are calculated strictly per calendar month and do not carry over or accumulate across months. Completed cards are presented at the counter for system verification (registered, not collected). Free-lunch choices exclude Saturday and Sunday Yum Cha.

🏮 Gift 4 — Quarterly Grand Lucky Draw

• Qualifying period: 7 July 2026 – 3:00 PM, 30 September 2026.

• Criteria: Members who collect 30 stamps on their genuine, verified stamp card within this window qualify. Completed 30-stamp cards must be registered at the counter and validated against our records to enter the official draw pool. This stacks with Gift 3 (the same purchase counts toward both).

• Public auditing: The list of eligible entrants will be posted for public auditing on our website from 1–7 October 2026.

• The draw: Held publicly at our North Entrance at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, 7 October 2026, using random.org for transparency (moved indoors if it rains). Seven winners will be drawn. If fewer than seven members qualify, all qualifying members win.

• Winner verification: Winners are notified and verified immediately at the draw. Any winner not present to claim on the spot forfeits that win, and a replacement winner is redrawn on the spot.

• Grand prize: Each winner receives one month of free lunches, valid on every trading day from 8 October to 7 November 2026. Strictly one lunch box per day, in store order only, exclusively for the verified winner on presentation of ID/membership. Non-transferable, no cash value, excludes Saturday and SundayYum Cha, and free prize meals earn no stamps or points.

1. ELIGIBILITY & GENERAL TERMS

• Membership requirement: We are launching our Customer Loyalty & Membership Programme. All promotions are limited to registered Flower Feast members who have verified both their email address and mobile number and completed the marketing opt-in. Members may unsubscribe at any time, in line with the Spam Act 2003.

• Exclusions: Flower Feast staff and anyone involved in running the lucky draw are not eligible to participate.

• Stacking: All four offers may be enjoyed on a single transaction, provided each offer's criteria are independently met.

2. PROOF & TRANSACTION VERIFICATION (CRITICAL)

• The physical stamp card: The physical card is the sole mandatory proof for the monthly rewards and the grand lucky draw, and must be presented at the counter for registration and verification. The card is registered — not collected — and stays with the customer.

• Data discrepancies: For fairness, physical stamps are cross-checked against our records, which strictly prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

• Non-recoverable: Please treat the stamp card as a secure token and store it carefully. If lost, misplaced or damaged, it is non-recoverable, will not be reissued, and all accumulated progress is permanently forfeited.

• Qualifying purchases: Stamps and points are awarded only on paid, out-of-pocket transactions for qualifying items. Free, complimentary or gift items, and meals redeemed with points, do not qualify (no stamps or points are issued). Flower Feast management retains the right of final interpretation on all disputes and eligibility verification.
